Founded in March 18, 1956, Hubei Hongcheng General Machinery Co., Ltd is a high-end large-scale valve manufacturing base, a national-level technology enterprise, and Top 500 machinery enterprises in China.
Hongcheng is specialized in manufacturing various butterfly valves, spherical valves, flow regulating valves, gate valves and check valves. The nominal pressure of valves varies from 0.6MPa to 13MPa, and the butterfly valves with 8m nominal diameter and ball valves with 3.5m nominal diameter can be produced. The main products are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, such as API, ISO, CE, EN and ASME. Hongcheng Manufacturing Factory is equipped with large-scale machinery equipment, such as CNC plasma cutting machine, 6m valve welding center, 12.5m CNC vertical lathe, 260mm CNC boring machine, 250t crane, 8×6m shot blasting chamber, X-ray inspection room, and US Radian laser tracker. Hongcheng participated in the formulation of 6 national industry standards of China, in which, the national water and electricity standard for the inlet valve of the water turbine was outlined, drafted and formulated by Hongcheng. The inlet butterfly valves of water turbine, inlet spherical valve of water turbine, flow regulating valves and other products manufactured by Hongcheng feature advanced technology, stable quality, and safe and reliable operation, which have provided supporting services for more than 360 hydropower stations, 180 thermal power stations, 7 nuclear power stations and 68 water conservancy projects worldwide.
